The Lanka Japan Friendship Society held a farewell dinner at the Peach Valley Chinese Restaurant to bid farewell to Mr. Yusuke Tanaka, 3rd Secretary, EOJ and to welcome his successor Mr. Kiyotaka Tanaka, 2nd Secretary, EOJ.
Mr. Rajah Sinnathuray, President gave the welcome address.
Mr. Yusuke Tanaka thanked the LJFS for their kindness in hosting a dinner in his honor and said that he is sad to leave Sri Lanka after his 4 year stay. He also requested the LJFS EXCO to extend their fullest co-operation to his successor Mr. Kiyotaka Tanaka, who would be taking over from him.
Mr. Kiyotaka Tanaka and Mr. Lal de Alwis also addressed the gathering.
