Mr. Upali S. Jayasekera, former Hony. General Secretary and presently Executive Committee Member, Lanka-Japan Friendship Society, whilst being the Chairman, Sasakawa Memorial Sri Lanka- Japan Cultural Centre Trust and Hony. Secretary JICA Alumni Association of Sri Lanka has been commended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Hon.
